Established in 2004 as a unit of the Nagri Eye Research Foundation Trust, NSO has been at the forefront of providing a comprehensive four-year Bachelor in Optometry degree program, a first in Gujarat. We are equally proud of our post-graduation program (M.Optom) that began in 2009 and PhD programme in 2014, first in Gujarat. NSO is closely integrated with Nagri Municipal Eye Hospital, a renowned tertiary eye care center. Our shared commitment is to shape the future of optometric education and research in Gujarat, ensuring it’s accessible and understandable to all.
